Michelle has been instrumental in assisting me as my leadership coach during my tenure at GM. She has aided me with practical strategies for managing up and coached me with beyond wise dialog that I’ve in turn utilized to redirect poor behaviors of subordinates. Moreover Michelle has a superpower to help people see things from a different perspective; she’s a fantastic listener, and has consistently reassured me that I’m doing the right thing even when I felt vulnerable or beaten. If I have been an effective change agent, it’s only because Michelle has been in my corner every step of the way.

Shellie, Thank you for leading the DISC team development activity for our Digital Experience team!
